02

Connect your stack

The onboarding wizard asks which carriers, OMS, and helpdesk you use.

Carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL)
Connect your API credentials so Veztra can pull live tracking. See the integration guides below for where to find your keys.
OMS — Shopify
OAuth connect in one click. Veztra pulls your last 90 days of orders and stays in sync via webhooks.
Other OMS (Magento, BigCommerce, etc.)
Use the Zapier app to push orders in, or upload a CSV to start immediately.
Helpdesk — Zendesk or Gorgias
Connect with your subdomain and API key. Tickets you approve go straight into your helpdesk queue.
Other helpdesk (Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
Connect via Zapier or configure an outbound webhook. If nothing is connected, Veztra emails the carrier directly on your behalf.
Skip any step and connect later from Settings → Integrations.
03

Ingest your shipments

Once your OMS is connected, shipments appear automatically. If you are not using Shopify yet:

  1. CSV upload — Go to Upload in the sidebar, drag in a CSV with tracking numbers and carrier. Veztra auto-maps common column headers.
  2. Manual entry — From any shipment list, click + Add shipment.
04

Work the queue

The Inbox is the proactive queue — every shipment that needs action shows up here with an AI-drafted reply ready to send.

  1. Open Inbox.
  2. Review the AI-drafted ticket. Edit anything you would change.
  3. Click Approve & send — it goes to your helpdesk or directly to the carrier.
For bulk operations, use Tickets → Review queue to approve multiple drafts at once.
05

File claims and generate commercial invoices

From any shipment detail page, the right panel has three key actions:

Draft follow-up
Claude drafts a carrier follow-up based on current shipment status.
Package claim
Opens the claim composer. Claude pre-fills loss summary, category, and amount. You review and file.
Generate CI
Generates a commercial invoice PDF from the order line items. Download or send directly.
06

Morning Brief

Every morning, Veztra sends a brief to your configured channels (email and/or Slack) summarizing shipments at risk of SLA breach, open claims awaiting response, and volume and on-track rate.

Configure it from Settings → Integrations → Morning Brief.
